It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the provided shipping address is correct.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

❗ UNDELIVERED ORDERS

If an order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, repeated absence, etc.), Sleepaling reserves the right not to issue a full refund.
